08 FAQ

Questions, answered honestly.

How many athletes can we cycle through per day?
It depends on seats and session length — use the Team Recovery Planner above for an estimate. A 4-seat Orion Q4 running 60-minute sessions over a training day serves a large share of a squad.
Where is the chamber best placed in our facility?
In a recovery room, gym corner or dedicated suite near the treatment area. We confirm placement and access at a site survey.
How does it fit match-day scheduling?
Sessions are 60 minutes with quick turnaround, so they slot around training and match prep — see the match-week example above.
How are operators trained?
Hands-on training at handover; dual-screen controls make daily operation simple, with refreshers for staff changes.
What maintenance is involved?
Minimal — no tanks to refill. Scheduled maintenance and remote support are handled by our team.
Which configuration should we choose?
NOVA D2 (2 seats) for smaller squads, Orion Q4 (4 seats) for full-squad throughput — or a combination. We'll advise based on your planner inputs.
