How the calculator works

How is the payback period calculated?
Payback = estimated investment ÷ monthly revenue, where monthly revenue is price per session × sessions per day × operating days per month. It shows how many months of revenue it takes to recover the equipment cost.
What do the segment presets do?

Are operating costs included?
No. The figures reflect gross session revenue against the equipment investment. Staffing, rent, utilities and maintenance are not deducted, so your true net will be lower.
